實驗濃縮機Lab Thickening Equipment
試驗室濃縮機是采用濕式選礦的選后產品（礦漿）進行脫水的一種設備，由濃縮池和機械刮泥耙組成。進入濃縮池的礦漿其固體礦粒在自身重力的作用下沉降于池底，實現固液分離，沉積于池底的礦泥被刮泥耙連續不斷地集到中心排礦口排成，而澄清水由池邊溢流口溢出，達到脫水濃縮的目的，可用于金礦的氰化浸出鋅粉質換提金工藝中，是氰化浸出后的礦漿進行固液分離洗滌作業的專用設備Lab thickening equipment model LZNSL-66 which is designed for dehydration of produce(ore slurry)after wet type ore separation is composed of thickening tank and mechanical scraper rake. The solid ore grains in the slurry inside thickening tank sedimentate on the tank bottom under gravity. Ln this way, solid-liquid separation is realized. The sludge deposit on tank bottom will be continuously scraped by scraper rake to central discharge port at which is discharged. And then, clear water will flow out from overtlow port at the tank. At this point, dehydration and thickening is realized.
